I've done searches and am unable to locate the following. Also may be posting this in the wrong section. But here goes.
Starting out I get a quest to goto the first trader. After doing a certain number of quests, I get a special quest which takes me to the next trader location. Then the next and so on. At the first trader, I notice the tier level of the quests start progressing up from Tier 1 to Tier 2 and so on. When I goto the next trader, the job tier level is back at 1. It used to be that once I reached Special Jobs at the first trader, I would get a special job for the next trader whom would have Tier II level jobs from the start. Then I'd progress onward. I noticed that the 2nd trader job tier was at level 1. Eventually I'd get a special job taking me to the 3rd trader whom would also be at tier 1 level jobs. The second trader started showing tier 2 jobs while the 1st and 3rd are showing Tier 1. I've gone back and did more jobs at the first trader and it still showing just Tier 1. I've done more jobs at the 2nd and 3rd trader and the 2nd trader isn't advancing the job level to tier 3. The 3rd trader is still on Tier 1.
So is this an issue or is it by design that I would have to continue doing jobs at each trader to advance the job tier level individually with each trader? It just seems to be inconsistent.
