I am doing multiplayer with several people and Jen is in the ground.
The player who was taking work from this trader can no longer do anything.

I have run the CR command but it does not seem to reset the NPC's position.
Can you help me?

In a21, the chunkreset command has changed. You can't just type "chunkreset" and have it do anything. Open the console and type "help chunkreset"

If you're on a20, I would strongly advise against using the command. It's more likely to break the region file than to do anything useful.
