PC Trader and Landmark map marker icons

I had a cool idea as I was looking for a new trader in 18. I had no idea I was driving past the trader for a couple days now thinking the building was a radio tower poi lol

I think certain important buildings should have markers or icons on the map so you’ll know if your close to it as you fill in the map.

So many times people drive past traders, shamway factories, crackabook headquarters etc. without realizing it. Not every building should have icons but “landmarks” I feel should.

Sometimes I find a trader and just forget to mark it. This can cause you to completely loose its position on the map lol

Do they ? I’ll check next time I play I think it just looks like large poi

All traders do have the White River Settlement flag. I have noticed that one of the army camps and a fire station has one as well. However traders won't be in the middle of a town.

As far as map markers go I would love to be able to color code them. But I do like discovering the places myself even if I drive past them the first time.

Are you saying they should have a map icon that ONLY shows AFTER you open up the map there? If so I could get on board with that. If you're looking for them to show you where they are on an unexplored map however that would be a huge no from me.

I never noticed a flag, I just started over so I can’t tell yet. Haven’t been to my trader since he’s in the wasteland biome. Ill take y’all word for it though I just thought it looked as a normal poi on the map.
