Tool belt broken???

so i've made 2 separate games and in both games, items like bedroll, frame shapes, forges, storage boxes, i can dupe all these just by putting them on my tool belt, i can just throw down an infinite number of them.  Has anyone else ran into this, i'd submit this but the bug reporting thing is way to confusing.  i know the screen shot doesn't help much, needs to be a video, but i dunno if i can post one of those here

Turn off cheat mode in the settings when you are going to load the map. It is under the advanced tab.

well i'm a dumba$$, somehow that got turned on.  never used it before so i thought it was a bug
