Windows timeout and disconnect

Since the last update V2.5 b32 the problem with server hanging is fixed but now we randomly get timeout and disconnected.

Here is a typical snippet:

The server is modded and is running the ProjectZ mod. I don't feel like this is a mod issue so that's why I'm posting it.
