PC Tier 6 Trader Quest

I'm at "That High of A level" that 60% of my sleeper spawns are radiated. But I'm still stuck at trader quest level 5. How do I raise my trader level to the sixth tier. Also, what action or conditions affects your quest tier level? I've done 20 various tier 5 quest but my level still stays at 5.

The patch notes seems to indicate that there are indeed tier 6 quest.

 
Same for me, I'd thought maybe it was the Trader but apparently I can't find a Tier 6 quest anywhere. Do they exist yet?

 
Tier 6 quests don’t exist yet. There is an entry for them in quests.xml but no content.
