Thoughts on IzPrebuilt's mods

So @IzPrebuilt has took it appon his self to try and shape the game into something "better" whether you agree or not is up too you. But what do yall think?

I think some are really good and I think what the game could use like tools as weapons, more open weapon classes, and especially more zombies (that I want more then anything)

Can’t wait for the level up by doing. Should have never been removed from the game in the first place.

The zombie balancing mod is way too high. It is exhausting to fight so many zombies. I prefer the GNS hellish hoards mod.

I am asking IZZY ( can I call him that? lol) if he could make a mod to bring back the old stealth. Seems lots of people are on the same page and also want it back. My comment on YouTube got lots of upvotes.

They always were mod friendly. Afaik modding is how they started coding and programming. They made the game easy to mod on purpose.

@Adam the Waster At least increased zombie spawn is never going to happen. Thx to Series S and crossplay we can´t have anything that is too demanding for the Series S hardware. I am not against crossplay, but only if it doesn´t dumb down the PC version. Which is the case here. Eff crossplay tbh.
Thats why ill always say the Xbox S was the biggest waste of electronics and should wrench a mine

How large is a tile? Is that 4 extra zeds when you roll up to a POI, or 9?
So a tile is 150x150 whereas a chunk is 80x80 I believe. So for every tile you will have varying numbers of zombies depending on the tile. For reference 80x80 is slightly larger than a full sized rural POI and a tile is about 4.5 of those total.

For example rural and residential it's 1 zombie per chunk so in a full tile that would be about 4 zombies rounding up. Commercial spawns 2 during the day and 3 at night for a grand total of 8 zombies during the day and 12 at night. Downtown spawns 3 on both day and night for 12 zombies per tile. Wilderness seems to be 1 as well for 4 zombies per tile space.

This doesn't change much per the biome either with nights increasing zombie count up to 4 past the forest biome which would be 16 zombies per tile.

I think if you were to increase every value by 1 or 2 you would see a noticeable difference.
Should city tiles be more crowded than wilderness?
I would say so. This would also give the wilderness an edge for exploration as cities would be more dangerous earlier on.
Either or, they've limited hordes to 30 max_alive, that's where they expect the performance to struggle. Would making that 31 change the horde nights?
Horde nights are separate code so it wouldn't effect horde nights.
I'd guess the large fights in POIs are in the same max range, 30ish per pull, with the delayed spawn system. They've landed on the numbers for some reason, but it's not "on the limit of performance everywhere", rather "on the limit of performance in the Worst case".
Makes sense. I suppose depending on where you are standing and how the zombies spawn in it may be possible with the current settings to draw more than 16 zombies in a tile if you are bordering on two tiles and somehow have the zombies spawn closer to the edges. Not sure about this one.

I am not talking about like a zombie or two per tile. What the game needs is a slider that gives you the option for at least 2x spawn. Best would be up to 3x.

Cities are empty. It´s better in the snow and the wasteland but still no zombie apocalypse feeling comes up.
