This is oddly weird and will never get the attention it needs.

So yea, when a server has "no killing" enabled you can still kill people. All they have to do, is use a vehivle while you put a few bullets into said vehicle.
Also, when a server is doing an automated restart, if you are on a mission, and lets say you start it, knowing you wont finish it in time. No worries. Make sure you get to the main loot room and pick it clean, before the server restarts. Once back, you are forced to restart the mission. And guess what? your loot will also respawn, when you restart the mission. Did it by accident on a book HQ (tier 6) because I go for main loot directly, before finishing off the rest of the zeds. Did it on purpose at the next restart. used the same mission location to verify it.

So, will you abuse these flaws, or will you petition pmps for an easier to use report forum? I already tried that, and there is no way I will ever use the garbage they are currently using. Like, how the hell would I get the logs, when I dont own the server I play on?

(Note: I am not an employee of TFP, I don't speak for them or know inside information, this is just info I got from reading the forum regularily)

The damage from a vehicle seems similar to damage from explosives which had been in the game for a long time. Not sure if it was fixed or not, but if it was there should be a good chance they would fix this as well. Just add the logfile from your local client, the bug should be so easy to reproduce that they don't really need it. A bug report is the ONLY guaranteed way that TFP sees it.

A continuation of missions after logout, crash or server restart would take a lot of work to fix in my estimation. They have said a long time ago that this is not something they will fix as it will not give you a real advantage in most situations. Instead of looting this building twice you could just loot an unlooted building in the neighborhood and would get the same stuff in the same time.

Since you can repopulate buildings through quests anyway and the traders send you all over the map, lootable buildings are normally easy to come by in the nearby. Situations on heavily frequented servers where most buildings are picked clean (with more than 8 players) are outside of what TFP supports. Most players who do private multiplayer or single player will have lots of unlooted buildings around to choose from and then there is no advantage.

Lots of other games have issues as well when you log off and on again or the server restarts (for example log off if a fight goes badly does restart the battle in many games, save scumming is widely used in RPGs. Those issues are often hard to fix. So, if you think you need it to level the field, just do it, Logging out yourself is enough, no need to wait for a server restart ;) .
You can do this as many times as you want by the way, restarting the same quest again and again. You just should ask yourself if you really have fun looting the same building again and again. Playing a game for (real or imagined) efficiency reasons is a great way to kill ones fun of a game.
