There is a translation error in the Chinese localization for the Wisdom Specialization skill

The correct translation should be "increased to 300%/提高到 300%" rather than "increased by 300%/提高 300%". Without the word "to/到", the meaning would be interpreted as 100% + 300% = 400%.
