The new POI placement logic is SO MUCH BETTER

I love how close to hills POI/City blocks/things are now. It looks a lot more natural than it used to when it was "punched out" of the hillside. For some this might seem like a small thing, but it really helps you except it's a real city vs. plopped down in a square cut out of the hills.
