The Latest experimental option not showing up under the beta tab

Hi Guys,

Just like the title says, when i go to 7 days in steam  > properties > beta > i cannot select (or see) the option to opt in for the latest experimental build....

anyone else familliar with this bug/error?

There is no current experimental build.

The current stable version is always "NONE - opt out of all beta programs"
