The game does not load on the PS5

Всем привет . Игра не загружается на PS5 , даже меню при запуске не появляется , музыка играет , но дальше ничего не загружается . Я пробовал перезагружать консоль , переустанавливать игру , восстанавливать лицензии , менять интернет - соединение , ничего не помогает .

On the PC side there is a game launcher where you can delete all data the game produced. Reinstalling the game does not do that, it only redownloads the game itself.
And your problem sounds like a data delete could help.

I don't have a PS5. I don't know if you have access to something similar. If you have an optional game launcher, start it and look into tools.

На 3 мая такая же проблема, ничего не исправлено, игра висит на главном экране с музыкой и больше ничего, пробовал удалять сохранённые данные, переустанавливать, ничего не помогает
