PC The bike compass - intentional?

When in single player, pause the game with your minibike on screen. It will slowly rotate until it faces due north. Anyone else notice this? I noticed a while ago but kept forgetting to ask.

I never noticed this, but it sure sounds like a bug.

I never tried that, but I have noticed in this last release that when I set the frame on the ground, it does a 360 spin.
