I was fairly amused when I first discovered it.  Now I'm debating using one as a late-stage home base.

The one with the comical name;  Has anyone else seen it yet?  

 
Was thinking of doing that too, but so far on my maps they tend to spawn in smaller towns and I'd prefer to be in a city, preferably the one that gets the main 3 skyscrapers and the Vista tower.
