Why? I am asking for this because of things I have read here,
seen on streams, and because mainly of my self. Don't get me
wrong I like the game completely. My reason i because after
doing it through the alphas, it's a bit expected. Now I would
like the unexpected.
My idea is to have a routine running in the background that
reads 5 or more variables. Examples: Constant rate of progression
trader progression, days alive, with and without low health scenarios.
Poi levels being done vs player level. Major attribute specced into.
These are just examples there are any number of variables to choose from.
When activated, an air raid siren goes off. Any active values in a poi
presently being visited all awaken, with feral sense, terrain spawn drops
to 0 wait time, and 10% to 20% increase in maxalive.
Zombies generated on the terrain would be pulled from your present level
Rounded down to the players level. The rest of the horde would be headed
for the base a larger than usual wandering horde. The horde count would be
increased by a percentage, because you get into a good slaughter on the way
home.
For nomads that don't lay a stone, they all focus on that player and certain
player made blocks, to know where to go.
If you out run them by vehicle or on foot, they de-spawn quickly go into a pool
for resurrection. During this time the trader invincibility is dropped.
All of the zombies involved are in rage mode.
It temporarily turns the play through into a survival, run N gun, smash and bash,
struggle to get back to your tower defense station. All at one time.
For twitch the audience could possibly troll the streamers if they have enough
points.
When its over any that remain after the goal amount is reached return to normal.
