Text color...

I would like to change the text color of where it said on the picture below but I can't find where anyone could help me, I saw several server with their rules using different color for each line.

in the localization.txt file, change the line like this:

item_or_UI_Desc,items,items,KgNone,"[FF0000] This red color in hex ! [00FF00] and green",,,,

PS: and...maybe need this [-] in end color, but i don't not use it....
