PC Teleporting on a dedicated server.

Hello, I am sure this has been asking a bunch of times....... but.... Can anyone point me in the direction of setting up TP on my dedicated server? I would like to set up TP so members can use it to go to places like a community horde base and back to their bed, Thank you for your help.
