Anyone know how to get rid of the X's in the inventory in the picture I provided below? I think it has something to do with reading the duke letter to remove a debuff but there is no note in my inventory.

Nothing to do with the dukes note.

This is an issue with the new lockable slots for containers. You can wait for the mod to update as stallionsden suggests or you can edit the mod code yourself to fix. See the comments in this link:
