over 8% of the 40 million accounts sold in this game has killed at least 5 other players in this game, that works out to about 3.25 million accounts
that have pvp

add in the players with 1-4 player kills and i imagine that number is somewhere around 10 million.
Killing players isn't the same as PVP. This has been pointed out to you multiple times.
3.2% have killed at least 25 players. If someone is really playing PVP, they should have killed at least that many. That means that actual PVP players amount to no more than 3.2%. You cannot use the percent from the 5 players killed achievement if you're talking about PVP.
Of that 3.2%,
many players have gotten the achievement from killing NPCs that mods add to the game (those count as kills for the achievements).
Many others have gotten the achievements either through friendly fire or through asking friends to let them kill them in order to get the achievements (achievement hunters). And none of that is actual PVP.
Once you remove all the stuff that isn't really PVP from that, you are going to have a percent that is probably no more than maybe 0.5%. Yes, that's a guess, but it's going to be far closer to being correct than your statement that 8.1% play PVP in this game due to that achievement.
And then you have to consider that a LOT of people have this game (and many other games) that they own but have never played. So the total number of actual players is less than the number of purchases. In addition, many people have multiple copies of the game, which also reduces the number of people who have played the game. Both of those things reduce the number of players who would be PVP based on the percentage who have the achievements. Finally, even if someone tried PVP at some point in the past 10 years, that doesn't mean they decided they liked PVP in this game and still want to play PVP in this game. The active players in this game are nowhere near 40 million as shown below. So based on the current number of people playing the game, if you're talking about even 1% of people who play this game as PVP (I'm giving you a huge benefit of a doubt with that 1% as I believe it's closer to 0.5%), then you're talking about around 250 players currently and around 400 players in the past 24 hours, with around 1250 peak. Certainly nowhere near "millions." But feel free to continue to make up numbers to make yourself feel like PVP in this game is a big deal. Everyone who knows you here knows that all of your numbers are grossly inflated.
I will agree that the percentages are for the entire time that the achievements have been around and if PVP is more popular now than it was in the past, the past numbers may be pulling down the percentage and you may have a higher percent of current players who do PVP than what the overall average would suggest. But even if you did have 8% who did PVP today, you're still only talking about under 2000 players currently, under 3250 in the last 24 hours, and just over 10,000 at peak. That's significantly different than your claim of "millions."
