Okay TFP, I get that you want to make this a bit harder for us but seriously... WTF????

You need Supercorn for the most important stuff like learning elixier and awesome sauce and then you add a chance to loose your crop seed ?!?!?!?!

I mean, come on now! There are 2 (maybe some more in A20 which I don't know of yet) POI's where we can get Supercorn at all...

At this point you can also patch out the recipes for this stuff, because you make it almost impossible to get a steady supply...

 
they should make it possible to bioengineer the corn by mixing regular corn seed and super oil in the beaker at the chem station.

corn, nitrates and boiled water would probably be better for supercorn if you were making it.  Fertilizer too if they add that back in.

Used a Awesome sauce to buy a Awesome sauce recipe.... and a super corn seed schematic.
Then I accidentally scraped the super corn seed schematic. FK!

Then Read the Awesome sauce recipe.... FK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 
Ha!

But Supercorn is now quite a lot more common and can even be a questreward.
So I would say this is pretty well balanced.
Neither awesome sauce nor learning elixir are a must have, so gating it behind a rare reward seems really balanced to me :)
