Use reshade with the adaptivesharpen and lumasharpen filters, use them in any game and you'll notice deails that you'd never see otherwise. https://reshade.me/ I think is the url. Try it, even with just those 2 filters it has a made a diff for me in every single game I used it in. It can do alot more too, but I just like the sharpen filters, as once you shut them off again your realize just how blurry everything actually was.

Also.. that pattern on the tires, I am going to have to look now to see what I can see with reshade lol.
