Storm particle effects still active while sheltered

Version

Platform
Windows
Particles from the storm should theoretically disappear once a player is sheltered.

You can see different behaviours in the different biomes likely due to the fact that the particle effects themselves are unique and have been built differently from one biome to the next.

In the video posted (it's almost impossible to capture as screenshots), I show the difference between the wasteland particles and the burnt biome ones once you seek shelter.

The wasteland particles almost completely fade away whereas the burnt biome ones pretty much stay around the player at all times during a storm, whether sheltered or not.

In each case the particles show outside of the sheltered area properly.

In some cases disabling the Near set of particles helps, in others it does not.

The structure of the particle effects is different from one biome to the next.

It may be worthwhile designing the particles to follow the same standard.

As mentioned above, so far, the Wasteland ones appear to be the better ones in terms of particles mostly fading while sheltered.

Reproduction Steps
- Open the POI teleporter
- Select Joel's
- Move up the time until you hit a storm
- Set the time to 0 to have the storm last
- Notice the particles
- Step inside of Joel's and close the door
- Notice the particles mostly dissipate
- Look outside to notice particles are still in effect outside of the sheltered area

- Go to Jen's and repeat the process
- Notice the particles staying around the player while sheltered

- The burnt forest particles are the most noticeable (Snow as well) given the brightness of them
