SteamAPI_Init() failed

Hello,

every time i try to start my server i got this error:

[S_API FAIL] SteamAPI_Init() failed; SteamAPI_IsSteamRunning() failed. Setting breakpad minidump AppID = 251570

Can sombody help me?
