Steam Remote - Mouse issues in Game Play

When using Steam Remote Play, the "Arrowhead' mouse pointer is active along with the aiming point during game play. This restricts the view movement and causes re-centering issues when leaving menus/hitting tab/hitting ESC key, depending on where the Arrowhead is on the screen. Mouse movement is just fine when one is in menu/storage mode.

Win 10 Laptop -> Steam Remote Play -> Win 10 Pro Gaming Desktop

On local private network via WiFi

This was an issue back in like A16. During those times, it was caused by having a controller plugged into your PC when you were not using it and unplugging the controller and restarting 7d2d would fix it.

idk if its the same problem since its a remote gaming connection but... Perhaps?
