Hello, i have seen some videos from youtube streamers and the game caught me.

my question is: if i buy the game from steam library, do i get the latest update (alpha 17 experimental) ?

 
Yup. After installing, right click the game - properties - Beta - and click the drop menu and go to the bottom. It'll say Unstable Experimental

 
I hope you've made sure that your computer is equipped to handle it before buying... wouldn't want to surprise you with poor performance on an average computer.
