[Starvation MOD] Few zombies ?

Hey guys, I've been playing vanilla for awhile and decided to try out Starvation mod with my friends.

Usually in vanilla even if you walk on roads you meet zombies, but in Starvation I didn't. It seems that there aren't too many of them.

What should I do? Is it a bug?
