Stamina boost on asphalt roads A16.4

Hello,

I have simply question, how should be correctly made buf to gain stamina on asphalt roads? I try copy from Ravenhearst but it doesn't work. I need this buff for A16.4 can anyone help? I know how to change block but i can't make working buff

Use the pegasus buff as a template, and the buffwhenwalkedon property for the asphalt block. Or whatever it's called.

I use old good buff for speedup on asphalt instead but thx
