Windows Spiel startet nicht mehr

Hallo Gemeinde, nach gut 5000 Stunden im Spiel startete dieses plötzlich nicht mehr.
Das Spiel bleibt im Black-Screen stehen noch bevor das "FunPimps Intro" erscheint.
Das habe ich versucht:
- als Admin starten
- Starten ohne AntiCheat
- Neuinstallation (mehrfach)
- Dateien auf Beschädigung überprüft
- Spielversionen geändert / last Epx, 3.0 usw
- C++ und DX - Setup gecheckt
- Win 11 und GPU Treiber sind aktuell
- Spiel gereinigt (über den Launcher
- Im Win Defender sind alle 7d2d Berechtigungen gesetzt

Mein letztes ChrasLog ist im Anhang - leider bin ich jetzt ratlos und hoffe auf eure Hilfe.

How many times did you verify your game files? I would reverify it at least 3-4 more times as it appears there’s something corrupted.

Go through again and clean everything with the launcher. Then delete the entire C:\Users\zgfhr\AppData\Roaming\7DaysToDie folder and uninstall the game. Before reinstalling, delete the entire \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\7 Days To Die folder (wherever you have it installed). Then reinstall and try again.

Note that this will entirely remove all mods, saves, worlds, profiles, etc. If you want to keep anything, back it up first.

This may or may not help, but as LittleNightma said, there's definitely a file problem. It fails immediately with an error about a corrupted XML file and then runs into more trouble with sandbox options. This will make for a very clean install and at least has the chance of fixing your problem. If it still doesn't, try uninstalling the game again and turning off your antivirus until after you install the game again, just in case. That shouldn't be necessary, but it's something you can try.
