Hi - looking at the "sections of the forum" thread I think this question should go in the General Support section, but I can't seem to find that thread so i'm sorry if this is in the wrong place.

Is it not possible to build a stone spear in the PS4 version of 7DTD?

sorry but the feature you mentioned is pc game only. it was never added to the console versions.
