Spawning things on certain days

Hi I seen a lot spawning in game when certain game stage. Can you spawn things at a certain day like  have something spawn on day 17 or on the 3rd horde night. Because I know everyone won’t have same stage by those days. Or can you add a line of code to spawn something on a certain day
