PC Spawning in/enabling POI lamps?

Is it possible to toggle or spawn in an already activated lamp without having to resort to using the prefab editor or anything of the sorts ? Huge fan of most of them and I would love to use them in my base but spawning them in by using creative won't let me toggle them on. Mods are an absolutely acceptable alternative.

Unfortunately no. Pretty disappointing that we can't spawn them in from creative mode already lit up, but them's the breaks.
