PC spawn location

on the default map of navazgain, i always get spanwed in the damn desert, is that the only one now, used to be you could get spawned in any of the 4 biomes or so i thought?? anyone experiencing this??

 
i finally got it, after 10 new games started it finally put me somewhere else on the map, i think thats crazy that i had to do that just to not be put in the desert. might be worth looking into imo
