I was under the impression, using rebar to form blocks after adding concrete mix would result in a ready reinforced concrete block. The result was instead, the basic concrete block. This process takes rebar + 10 concrete mix.
Now...
There's also the option of making a 'Wet Concrete Block'. This costs 10 concrete mix. And if both results are the same... what's the point of using rebar then?
This an oversight? Or just an odd introduction of 'choice'?
