Solar Power Bank not Working

Hello,

Today I discovered an odd issue with my electricity on a A18.1 server. My battery banks were working (although drained), yet most of my solar power banks were not working. I figured I would remove them and re-wire the system since this can usually solve the error. however, I was unable to place them back. In most cases, I was unable to place them down anywhere near their initial location. I checked and i did not see any tiny debris in the way etc. Any help or theories would be greatly appreciated!

Does someone else have a land claim in the area?

Thanks for replying. No, I am the only person with a land claim in the area. I am able to to place them, but I have to either move further away from their initial placement or much higher (still in my claim).
