PC Solar Bank...

Has anyone come across the bank that holds the solar cells? I seem to recall that we needed to buy this in A16, but I've not seen it for sale anywhere (I cycle through 3 to 5 vendors per day checking). My Bartering is only at level 4/5, so that may be the reason...

Even with restocking the barter for many times ... haven't seen it

I've seen panels but no bank. Of course the only time I've ever seen the bank in A16 was early game, when there was no way I could afford it.

I've run across the solar bank a number of times. Still with the traders. Be sure to check multiple pages in the Secret Stash line. I bought one and two solar panels so far.
