You are playing the save game most likely from previous build. I got the same issue - Boss boars allover the place and POI's. Even when the Clear area quest started I had to kill 8 of these boars instead of zombies ( just switched to god mode for some ammo and rifles ) - Vultures are replaced with these green Boar Boss entity.

it was scary af dude i got glitched from 1 building while falling into it from my main building, suddenly i glitch over at these pigs godamn
