PC Smelting tools

Not sure if bug or just something borking up with my game since I haven't heard of it before.

Admin, feel free to move the post if you think it should be a bug report.

I have found that smelting tools is glitchy in my game.

I have to be smelting a tool and a small resource or the tool won't disappear and give me iron, I cannot smelt a tool on its own or with another tool.

The timer just disappears at the end of the countdown and will start again if I drop something else in the second space.

The last small resource also seems to hang the same way.

I wonder if the forge isn't updating at the end of the smelt cycle correctly ?

Anyone else want to run some tests ?

It is a bit buggy with smelting tools, some disappear immediately, some take time and some hang in the slot when already done.

If the timer runs out and the item does not disappear, just exit the forge and reenter it and the item is usually gone.

 
trick to smelting tools,

have a stack of anything in both slots of forge, let a couple seconds elapse leaving 2 or 3 seconds of the smelting of whatever resource, then drop in your tool, the remaining time from the previous resource will be applied to the current tool, works every time.
