Small Land Mines (hockey puck) Not Visible Unless Aiming Weapon

I don't know if this is POI-specific or general.  I observed it on PREGEN8K map in the small town near 3000N/3000E in house_modular_07.  There are a number of mines of various types in the attic.  The cook pot mines were visible at all times.  The small land mines that look like hockey pucks were invisible unless I was sighting in with a bow or gun.

I noticed that last night too….they don’t render until you are 3 or 4 blocks from them so when you can see them to shoot them, you’re in the blast radius.
