Sledge turret disappeared from the game

I had put the sledge turret on the pole that was across. I was doing some work at the base and when I was near the stairs I heard the sound of the sledge turret hitting a feral screamer and after that I went outside to check the situation and noticed that the sledge turret was no longer on that pole. I checked the ground surface and the ground where my mine is and it wasn't there either and the compass didn't show the sledge turret icon either on the ground or the ground below.

This was a previous problem in 19 I think? Sledge turrets would fall through the map at any second.

I had mine disappear yesterday as well. Put one at my horde base and came back ready to face the day 7 horde (I think after logging out and back in) and it was just gone.
