PC Skill turned green?

OK, I haven't seen this answered so I am asking here. I have been leveling and spending points, but this morning my agility leveled itself to 2 and the 2 is green. See the attached screenshot. What happened here? Oh, and my stamina went up to 110 despite me not purchasing the skill.

Some items, such as some types of glasses, add an attribute point. That causes what you are seeing.

The other thing that can happen is that you read a page that gives you +1 agility and +1 to some skill for half an hour. I believe that is displayed the same way.
