PC Single Player gone?

So I hadn't played for a while, I want to say A15.. maybe 16. Did they do away with the SP survival game mode or am I just missing it? I know i can set the server to not visable so it's just for me to play on but won't that let time tick along even when I'm not playing?

 
If you play alone and set the player count to 1 and press ESC, time should not tick. (Test it :wink: )

 
Instead of having two separate client modes, it was simplified into one. nod0n is correct. Just set it to private single player, and you should be good.

Time does not advance on an empty server.

Just put in a server password so no one else can join.

 

if you have the game up allowing more than 1 person to join with or without a password and set to public....

 


make sure you DO NOT have pause on by hitting escape...

 


thats the only time we can pause the game is if no one else is on server but you....

 


doing so will prevent anyone from joining.




 
You can also pause if you are alone on the server (whether it’s your own local machine or a remote one)

 
Yes, if you are the only one playing. If someone else logs on it will break your pause.
