Shrinking Radiation Circle

does anyone know if it is possible to make the radiation zone slowly shrink like what is done with fortnite and other battle royale games? I think it would be a fun feature for servers to be able to do to force pvp.

I guess you could manually shrink the radiation.png file and update it on each reboot.
