Sense it's confirmed we are getting Mutated Zombies on horde night for 2.0.  

And even tho the devs said no. 

Do you think zombie bears should spawn in late horde nights?

No, I feel that demolishers and dire wolves are enough tanky enemies in horde nights.  At most, I might be okay if it was simply an animal only horde night; but I am fine if Zombie bears never make it as a horde night enemy

Yeah, this game needs every challenge we can get. It´s like that in some overhaul mods and i like it.

What is unecessary is a wandering bear horde on day 3 though. Don´t know if this still is a thing, but we had that already happen, just not sure anymore if it was V1 or A21.

Is there a significant difference between a zed wolf and a zed bear; the bears are slightly tankier, I think, but it wouldn't really change much? I react to them the same, on foot or in a base; and if the wolfy is a little quicker to kill, the next one is there a little faster.
