Sharing of crafting skill between players in the same party

I would like to ask the developers if they could add a feature that could enable the players in the same party to share crafting skill when reading magazines in game. 
My friend and I are playing on our own server but the problem is that we have to swap crafting magazines so that we can craft higher tear of stuff. Is it at all possible to make is so that when one of uses a magazine the other player in the party also resives the bonus. But if it is a build in mechanic then so should it be.

I don't think they'll do that.  But once you get the hang of it, it's very easy, especially for only 2 people, to each read only specific magazines.  Just drop the ones you aren't reading into a crate at the base and the other person can read them.  I do it all the time and it's not an issue at all.  Once one person maxed out a specific magazine, then the other person can start reading them if they want to.
