PC Sexy-T with tools?

Hey everyone! This is my first post i cant navegate forums very well it seems. I was wondering if anyone has done any testing or knows if sexual-t perk counts for using tools in mining or combat? Thanks in advance for any replies!

Yes. It helps significantly. I gain stamina while mining or chopping trees and I can use either fireaxe or pickaxe power attack 5-7 times versus 1-2 without it. Works for combat too, Madmole described it as if you swing it it counts as melee.
