Windows Severe ghosting/motion blur on distant zombies (RTX 3080 / 360Hz display)

Hi 7 Days to Die Support Team,
I am experiencing a very specific and annoying visual issue with motion blur/ghosting on zombies, but ONLY when they are viewed from a distance (for example, looking down at them from a roof).
Interestingly, as soon as I get close to a zombie, the ghosting completely disappears and the image is perfectly sharp and clear
. This happens during both day and night, though it is slightly more noticeable in the dark
.I have already tried the following troubleshooting steps, but none of them helped:
* Turned Motion Blur completely OFF.
* Disabled Anti-Aliasing (tested TAA, FXAA, and completely Off).
* Lowered shadows from Ultra to Medium/Low.
* Set FPS limit to Unlimited and switched my laptop to Discrete GPU mode (MUX Switch).
* My laptop is actively cooled by the Iets GT500 cooling pad. System temperatures are excellent (no thermal throttling).
Other hardware-intensive games (like S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2) run perfectly clear without any ghosting on my setup.
It seems like the game's LOD (Level of Detail) rendering or distance rendering on high-refresh-rate monitors is causing this issue.
Here are my hardware specs:
* Laptop: MSI Vector GP76
* CPU: Intel Core i7-12700H
* GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 8GB (latest drivers installed)
* RAM: 32 GB
* Display: Built-in 360Hz Ultra Fast Gaming Display (IPS)
* Cooling: Iets GT500 Cooling PadIs
Is there any specific launch option, console command, or config tweak to improve the rendering of distant zombie animations/models to stop this smearing effect?Thank you for your help!
Best regards, Matros

What is your upscaler set to? If you DLSS enabled, try turning it off. If that doesn’t work, can you upload your log file and/or upload a picture of what you’re seeing?

Log files on Windows are located here: %appdata%\7DaysToDie\Logs

Also, since you have an Nvidia GPU, try the different DLSS settings to see if it's any better.
Posting a log file or showing images of your video settings in game might also help.

Thank you so much! Turning OFF DLSS completely resolved the issue. As soon as I disabled it, the heavy ghosting and motion blur on distant zombies completely disappeared, and the image is now perfectly sharp and clear, even from a distance. I really appreciate your quick and helpful response. Thanks again!
