Severe FPS drops in certain directions

After completing a mission but even before handing it in I experience severe FPS drops when facing S to SE. I go from 45-55 fps to 4.x dps ... Every other direction the fps is normal. This is only cleared after restarting the game - and it stays fine until I do a mission again?!

Any ideas why?

Several people have reported this and it seems to be a dynamic mesh issue. Try either turning off or setting dynamic mesh to claim block and see if that helps. It’s a known issue with dynamic mesh that they are working on.
