How do you choose which sleepers spawn based on your prefab?

Examples would be if you go into military themed prefabs, you see a lot more military zombies.. Workers in industrial prefabs..Bikers...hazmat.. etc etc.

Any info for a noob at this would be greatly appreciated ^_^
