PC Servers removing LCB recipe unless paid $$$ Okay?

Some servers modified the recipes without notice so you must pay money to keep your base protected. Is this okay with the funpimps? Sort of feel like those server admins should not be extorting others cash with others software.

 
It's not like there aren't hundreds of other servers to chose from.

The subject itself gets a bit touchy, but seriously, it's a game. It's your choice. Don't play on servers like that.

 
I reinstalled the game a few minutes ago and scrolled through the TOS to the bottom out of habit and saw this and rememberd this post:

"VI. SERVER DONATIONS

Anyone who has purchased or has received a gift or press release copy of the game has permission to receive server donations from players. Server owners MAY NOT charge hard currency (tangible money such as cash, credit, bitcoin, etc. that has monetary value) for soft currency (in game currency that has no monetary value) or in game items. Server owners MAY allow priority access to players that make a donation."

So, technically, they are breaking the TOS lol. Definitely stay away from those servers.
