Server Tools not working

Hi all,

I have installed Server tools but /vote or wallet or /discord don't seem to be working. I run the commands but nothing is happening. /reward seems to be working though. 

I am on alpha 20.5 and have enabled the web api in the server config file on the server. 

Any hints please?
